Hearing Postponed

An update regarding Simon Mauchline’s upcoming court hearing in Berlin.

SHORT TERM CROWDFUND CAMPAIGN

The hearing originally scheduled for 20 March 2026 has been postponed by the court to 18 September 2026.

The postponement follows a request submitted on 6 February 2026 by the defendant’s lawyer, who indicated he had a previously booked trip from 19–22 March and could not attend. The March hearing date had been set on 27 October 2025, without objection from the defence. 

The court decided to postpone without informing Simon’s lawyer in advance.

We are disappointed that this has resulted in a six-month delay.

Given this development, we are pausing the crowdfunding campaign while we request reconsideration of the scheduling decision and assess the way forward.

No additional funds are being sought at this time.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed so quickly and generously. Your support remains vital.
